New Home


I'd like to invite you in to the new home of Country Cottage Chic.
I was rather abruptly evicted from my old home by Blogger with no explanation so I've had to hastily set up a new home - if you have me bookmarked or listed on your blog just add a "2" after countrycottagechic in the URL & you have my new address.

As with any new home there are things to be rearranged, decorating to be done & new neighbours to meet.

I'll have to have a housewarming party & you're all invited!

    Hi Jayne

    In Dashboard on the Settings tab is an ability to Export your blog.
    I recommend you do this and export it to a folder, say my blog backup,in your My Documents folder. It will give it a date automatically.

    I am happy that you managed to find a new and cosy home so soon, it must be frustrating to loose your blog and I want to compliment you about not being down, but just take action and build a new home. That's the spirit! Bravo! Good luck in your new home!

    THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WHEN YOU GOT LOST! I TRIED EVERY WHICH WAY TO ENTER YOUR BLOG, BUT I KEPT GETTING A MESSAGE THAT YOUR BLOG WAS REMOVED. I DIDN'T THINK THIS COULD BE TRUE, JUST THAT SOMETHING STRANGE HAD HAPPENED IN CYBER WORLD!

    Well done! Thanks for the new blog address. Love the new house pic at the top. I think that I had some from that set a while back (sold in the shop) and that some featured the young Princess Elizabeth.

    How horrible to lose your blog. It is still visible in Google Reader (including photos), but it isn't possible to open pages or see comments. I don't know if it's possible to copy all your old posts over.
