Polka Dot Dream
So....have we all ordered one of these yet? A limited edition polka dot Aga designed by Emma Bridgewater....it almost makes me wish I didn't have an Aga already so I could buy one! I am drooling.....
I am very fond of mine though (well, I LOVE it really!) & I'm happy to report that she has been switched on again after her summer break & is happily humming away in the kitchen, cooking food, drying washing & keeping dogs warm.

Ooh, I love it!!! I would love to have an aga but we would have to re-arrange our kitchen drastically to fit one in. Alan not convinced all that is worth doing just for an AGA...;-(

WOW!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'd love one of those!
Well any AGA would do really, but that is special...when I win the Euros Mill's this Friday I'll order one!LOL!¬
Cheers for sharing this!xxx
Aaarrgghh, it's fab isn't it, the spotty design! I wonder if one might get a bit fed up with it though? Yours is lovely, very classic and just look at that happy chap. I don't think we'd ever get our cats off if we had one! Wonder if EB will decorate one with union jacks next?!

Wow, how great is that! I love it! Both yours and the dotty one!

It's very pretty but I reckon I'd get fed up of it in about two weeks. haha!
ReplyDeleteI am lusting after a red one but I shall have to wait until we have a house for one.
Oooh...I love it. In fact if mine was cream like yours I might even be tempted to paint dots on it!! Unfortunately it's blue, but I love her anyway.

It's lovely, but I think I prefer yours, I would be worried I would get sick of the dots after a while.
ReplyDeleteI probably would get tired of it too, but it's nice to dream about it here! I even didn't know that the spotted one existed!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the people who say the dots, though gorgeous, would get you down after a while... Are we too practical? I guess when you buy an aga, you have to be...
ReplyDeleteWe lived with an aga all through my teens - loved it. I don't expect I'll ever have one as an adult, though.
I WANT AN AGA!!!!!! I wouldn't care what colour it came in although this one would be special!!
ReplyDeleteNote to husband....really,really, really like cream Agas!! LOL!!
wow that's fantastic! I do like your cream one, doggies look happy with it :)
ReplyDeleteI probably will never own one. But, and it is a big BUT, there is one where I work (not a spotty, dotty one, but nevertheless one I can cook on, look at and lust after). I do, however, have a log burner to match your Aga, (cream coloured) and hopefully it will soon be lit. Those dogs are cute! :O)
ReplyDeletei prefer yours to the eb one. looks a bit too much!
ReplyDeleteAgas have a real mystick on this side of the pond. They look like wonderful treasures! I might never tire of a red one, but the polka dots would probably get old soon!

How cute do they look in front of the Aga! I would be happy with any Aga.

I would love an AGA and the spotty one is great but I think your classic cream one is nicer. Your dogs certainly look very contented snuggled up in front of it.

oh I just love that aga what will Emma think of next!!! Thanks for your lovely comment you left for me love Lucey x
ReplyDeleteSpent one day last week cleaning my Rayburn, didn't like it much then!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit to not being an Aga fan though I know I'm in the minority but that Emma Bridgwater one is absolutely gorgeous. The tights came from a one off shop in Chichester but there is a website www.pamelamann.co.uk. I couldn't see the paisley ones on there though. Think I will keep them just for 'vintagey' events!
ReplyDeleteOh if only!!! One can dream.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,
Victoria xx
Oh my gosh, Jayne. I think you should get some polka dotted magnets and put them all over your AGA!!! Too funny!
ReplyDeleteWOW, I prefer yours though, especially with little dogs in front of it! Perfect!

OOh it's lovely! I can't imagine how much it costs though, lots of saving up to do!
